Expense Amounts

The Expense form can perform caclulations.

There are three options:

1) If you enter Quantity and Unit Amount, click Save and the Total Amount will be calculated.

2) You may enter values into any two of Quantity, Unit Amount or Total Amount and the third value will be calculated when you click Save.

3) You may leave Quantity and Unit Amount blank and enter an amount directly into Total Amount.
