The Timekeeper Active? setting allows you to specify whether a timekeeper is active or inactive. You may wish to set a timekeeper who no longer bills for your firm to inactive status. To do this you would specify the value No for this field.
When a timekeeper is set to inactive they will not appear in the timekeeper drop-down box when entering a time record.
