When the "Evergreen" trust request process is being used in Time59, and the client's trust balance falls below the "Replenish Trigger Amount" you have specified, a request for a trust deposit will be automatically generated on the client's next invoice.
For example...
If a client has a Required Trust Amount set at $1000 and a Replenish Trigger Amount set at $500 and a trust balance of $406 then a line item will appear on the client's invoice requesting $594 to bring the trust balance back to $1000.
If the client's trust balance had been $510 at the time the invoice was produced, no trust request would have been generated since the client's balance had not fallen below the $500 Replenish Trigger Amount.
You can adjust the Required Trust Amount and Replenish Trigger Amount at any time.
