Overview

Several Invoice Detail Format options are available. You can experiment with the different formats and then select the one that is most appropriate for your client.

In addition to the basic formats there are other settings available (in User Preferences) to further customize invoices.

Each format option is described below.

Show All Columns

This Invoice Format displays the following columns in the detail section of the invoice:

Date, Project, Description, Hours, Rate, Amount

Show All Except Project

This Invoice Format displays the following columns in the detail section of the invoice:

Date, Description, Hours, Rate, Amount

Show Date, Description, Amount

This Invoice Format displays the following columns in the detail section of the invoice:

Date, Description, Amount

Show Description, Amount

This Invoice Format displays the following columns in the detail section of the invoice:

Description, Amount

Show Date, Description, Hours

This Invoice Format displays the following columns in the detail section of the invoice:

Description, Amount, Hours

Summarized Time and Expenses

This Invoice Format summarizes the time and expense activity on an invoice.
