This is all good until your invoice gets caught by an over-zealous spam filter.

But there are a couple of actions you can take to help your invoice get through:
1) Ask the recipient to confirm receipt of the e-mail and the attached invoice.
2) Make sure the e-mail address you are sending from is in the recipient's address book.
