There is a standard set of UTMBS (Uniform Task-Based Management System) Codes used in LEDES Invoicing. These codes are already set up for you in your Time59 account.
Occasionally you may have a client who requests a code that is NOT included in the standard codes. When this occurs Time59 provides the facility for you to set up your own custom codes to satisfy your client's requirements.
When you create a custom UTBMS code it will show up alongside the standard codes for selection when creating a Time or Expense record that will be included on a LEDES invoice.
